About the Role
Provide yard and outdoor maintenance supports to NDIS participants, helping maintain safe, accessible, and well-kept outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn mowing, edging, and weeding
Basic garden and yard maintenance
Pruning, clean-ups, and green waste removal
Supporting participants with outdoor upkeep where required
Essential:
Experience in yard maintenance, gardening, or property upkeep
Reliable, safety-conscious, and respectful
Valid WA Driver’s Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
💙 Recovery Support Worker – Casual
Locations:Â Perth Metro, Rockingham, Mandurah
About the Role
Provide recovery-oriented, person-centred support to NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities and mental health conditions. You’ll support participants to work towards their goals through practical assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support participants with NDIS goals and daily living
- Provide social, emotional, and practical support
- Assist with personal care where required
- Encourage independence and community access
- Support participants with mental health, housing, and social needs
- Transport and accompany participants to appointments and activities
Essential:
- Experience in a support or recovery-based role
- Strong understanding of recovery-oriented, person-centred practice
- Calm, compassionate, and confident with complex needs
- Ability to build trust and professional boundaries
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
